WEDNESDAY NIGHT STEEL

Each Wednesday night, Cowtown hosts a steel target pistol match, which can be shot with either a pistol or a PCC. The match consists of 5 stages, ranging from 15 to 30 rounds per stage. Stages include both static and reactive targets and are different from week to week. Match fees are $15 for Cowtown members and $20 for non-members. There is no pre-registration for Wednesday Night Steel. Registration begins at 5:00 pm and closes at 7:30 pm

COWTOWN PISTOL CLUB USPSA MATCH

Every Monday night Cowtown hosts a level 1 USPSA match. This match consists of 4 stages, including 1 classifier of mixed paper and steel targets. There’s a maximum limit of 32 rounds per stage, and the stages will change each week. Pre-registration on Practiscore opens Tuesday mornings and closes at 10:00 pm Sunday night, but walk-ons are always welcome. The match starts at 5:00 pm Monday evening and registration closes at 6:30 pm. The match fee is $20 cash upon arrival; and $18 cash for Cowtown Members, First Responders, and active Military

MONTHLY COMPETITIONS

ACCURIZED AR MATCH

Our Accurized AR matches are held on the third Saturday of each month. This match is designed to test and build a shooters’ long range skills. Shots are taken from normal PRS style positions and props. Each match consists of five stages with targets ranging from 100 to 700 yards. Each stage has a twenty round maximum, and the match typically requires between 40 to 50 hits. Practiscore pre-registration and squadding is required. Match fees are $25 for Cowtown members and $30 for non-members. Registration opens at 7:30am and shooting commences at 8:00am. During the months of June, July, August, and September registration opens at 6:30am and shooting commences at 7:00am.

COWTOWN MULTI-GUN MATCH

Our monthly multi-gun matches are held on the fourth Saturday of each month and are run similar to traditional 3 gun matches with multiple options of divisions and weapon combinations, to include traditional rifle/pistol/shotgun, rifle/pistol, and rifle/PCC. Matches will be run under the IMA-SMM3G rules. Each match consists of four to five stages, with at least one stage offering long range rifle targets. Match ammo requirements usually include approximately 100 rifle rounds, 75 pistol rounds, and at least 50 birdshot for shotgun shooters. Practiscore pre-registration and squadding is required. Match fees are $25 for Cowtown members and $30 for non-members. Registration opens at 7:30 am and shooting commences at 8:00am.

EXCOMMUNICADO MULTI-GUN MATCH

Our BIG ANNUAL MATCH! Inspired by the John Wick movie series you can challenge your 3-gun skills with a 7 stage competition (all using 3-Guns) and enjoy an outstanding prize table at the end! The match has small squads and utilizes a half day format so there’s no sitting around! Shotgun challenges are fun to shoot and not simply reloading exercises! There’s no gimmicks or carnival games and the fees are very affordable! Our 1st match was in February of 2020. Stay tuned for more information on our next match!
